My boss is having a problem which I am now responsible for fixing . Not a problem, that is what makes him my boss. On his MAC, he uses Entourage to access our MS-Exchange Server via IMAP.
He is able to send and receive messages but every time Send/Receive is done, a window opens showing the error message: ------ The requested message could not be converted to an RFC-822 compatible format. Could not receive message at this time. ------ How can I remedy this? Thank you all in advance for your assistance! --- Jose Lerebours
