Try to remove the "," in the e-mail address. The only time this error is reported is in the event of mismatched parenthesis, angle brackets, or quotes. <http://www.courier-mta.org/maildrop/rfc822.html> RFC-822 errors are mostly due to malformed e-mails you receive. I'm assuming you are connecting to an Exchange server mailbox, so try switching to a different Identity. If this doesn't resolve it, use Outlook on a PC, and try deleting any junk e-mail, or e-mail that doesn't have a sender/subject, etc etc. Also, try using OWA to view/delete these messages if you are connecting to an Exchange mailbox.
