I would let Entourage open after you have installed all updates. It will create a new Microsoft User Data folder. Drag over the folders inside the Microsoft User Data folder to the new Microsoft User Data folder. There was an upgrade to the Entourage Identity. Use the Apple combo updater and it should be a quick install of Tiger.
