Hello All, Doing as James suggested fixed the problem.
Ent was not talking to the Keychain Access, added in the Passwords manually to Keychain Access, but Ent 2008 did not recognise them. Ran Keychain First Aid but it made no difference. The fix is to start in Safe Mode, reinstall the Office 2008 Application and then apply the updates required to bring it up to date. Diane, perhaps we need this problem added to the Ent Web pages you look after?
