My Northern eyes notice a resemblance to Robinia
pseudoacacia (Black Locust), often seen with poison
ivy clinging to it. Though, it seems a somewhat odd
tree to call beautiful. I know, they all are, and
Locust is not without its charm.

And, if I were to hedge, if not Robinia, something in
the Juglandaceae.
