Steve, This one of yours reminds me of one Will Blozan and I measured at the Kellogg Center near Hendersonville NC. It has a huge very short trunk with multiple huge upward growing trunks growing out and upward. It's appearance is so bizarre that I have named it the " Octopus Pine ".
