Bub scars the best way to tell White and Green ash apart, though I
have seen alot of overlap.  My guess on the bark is Green ash.  It is
generally a lighter color (light brown vs dark gray) than white ash
and a lot soft, to the point that you can dent it with your thumb
nail.   White ash bark is pretty hard.
