George- It's really hard to say it it's green or white ash, but I would guess white. If you can find a fallen twig beneath the tree, the leaf scars on it are pretty indicative---white ash has a leaf scar with the bud above it quite "dented" into it, on green ash the bud rests level or is just slightly depressed.
