Many months ago I sold the movie rights to my first novel. Due to secrecy concerns from the producers I had to lay low on the details (even though I spilled them once before here before my agent had told me to keep quiet). But they finally made the official announcement early this morning. I sold the rights to producer Don Murphy (NATURAL BORN KILLERS, FROM HELL, THE LEAGUE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENTLEMEN, SHOOT 'EM UP, TRANSFORMERS). He partnered with producer John Wells (TV shows ER, and West Wing, etc.) and the project is in development at Warner Brothers Studios. It felt good to see the news articles all over the Internet this morning.
