Considering that the second photo there is a sign attached to the tree stating 
that is a Dwarf Chinquapin Oak (Quercus prinoides) and that there isn't a dwarf 
chestnut oak that I am aware of my guess would be Q. prinnoides.

a couple weekends ago I went to the Arnold Arboretum with my wife, Ellen.  
Naturally I just had to measure their nice dwarf chinquapin oak or dwarf 
chestnut oak.
