Russ and Michele,

Blue berries aren't yet ready on Negus.

Michele:

By all rights the blueberries should be incredible up there right about now. A
blueberry patch on Negus was the first place I ever encounter bear sign in
Massachusetts.....many, many moons ago.

Hey all;

Just wanted to mention that one of my favorite things about Negus, on that
very steep climb up off Route 2, Russ should recall this as well, is that
at the right time of year one would come upon a wonderfully aromatic
'swamp pink'... I would say to myself, "this alone makes the steeper route
worthwhile"... and always wondered what the hell that mini-stunted shrub
was doing there!
