Have you tried Bookfinder.com yet? That's how I find the books I'm looking for, 
though sometimes I only turn up one or two copies. It depends on how new, old 
or rare the book is.

Great, thanks Lee- by the way, is your book available in soft cover? I saw it 
on amazon but only in hard cover and it's a bit expensive for a consulting 
forester during this Great Recession. Bob Leverett showed me the book at his 
house one day and I'd love to get a copy.
