Jennie,

The oldest we know of is a black Gum near Concord, NH. When it was cored it was
determined to be 679 years old. That was at least 5 years ago. Giving it a
couple of year to reach core height, today it is about 686 years old.

Subject: [ENTS] Oldest Tree in New England

Quick question. How old is the oldest known tree in New England, what
is it and where is it located? I know I have the answer somewhere in
my notes, but I can't seem to find it.

Thanks,
Jennie
