I thank you and the Catskills thank you. Especially in the summer, the Catskill 
mists create a sense of mystery and magic. The forest comes alive with elves 
and hobbits. We Ents are supposed to explore the Catskills and be moved to 
write, photograph, paint, compose, and yes, measure. They have great power to 
weave spells that Ents cannot resist.

Three images from Monica's and my most recent trip to Giant Ledge. The climb up 
was in a continuous mist. No views that day. However, the forest had that 
mystical feel.
