Marc from bean town: I'm using my DSLR Nikon D-90 to take videos but the files are large. I just did a 10 second video of Dunbar Brook and it was 7 MB so I need to shrink them (the images I'm taking for the tree exhibit are 6MB). I don't want to use Youtube so i need to re-size them for normal viewing if i send them in an email ( I re-size my 6MB photos to 300K). The video is HD, so I'm happy with the results. When I took the walk with Jenny, I also thought she was using a DSLR. If I take a five minute video, the file can be 100 MB. I'm using the video function for images that I know I have to show movement to capture the moment instead of a still picture. When I have time to figure it out, I share it with you.
