Barry,
Most enjoyable. I particularly liked the shots of the canopy of the tall pitch pines. Gorgeous trees. All were taken within a 5 mile radius of here. Maybe 6 miles at the most. The 7th photo shows a nice American Holly in our front yard that has a very spruce-like appearance in the snow. I think we have somewhere between 15 and 20 inches. I haven't searched for any official snowfall totals yet, so I'm not sure. This was one heckuva storm! Here's the direct link to the video slideshow on Youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=soqOq32B-xo We rarely get real snowstorms that amount to anything more than an inch or two, or three. So this was something. I'm also attaching a screen grab of the radar I was watching all morning yesterday on Intellicast, showing the storm.
