Awesome. I love the Flatiron. There is a famous old photograph of the Flatiron in a blizzard, I think, if memory serves. Have you seen it? By the way, the guy who has the Forgotten NY website never refers to the Empire State Building as "The Empire State Building", but rather as "The King of All Buildings". So I'm sure he loves it too.
