I'm on another Google Groups mailing list, all of the posts on that list
are now carrying the footer attachment with every email. Google Groups
has apparently made some change in their mailing list application.

approved. Now I get that notice, plus a separate summary notice for
messages they think might be spam.. I can't see any pattern, nor are
