I believe the post from Quach is an attempt to get access to the group by a
spammer. His email address is not in the membership list currently so he will
not reply. I approved the posting of this innocuous message, but did not give
his email address the "Always Allow" posting privelages. I did this because
the message lacked any specific content beyond a generalized message. If he
posts something meaningful I will approve him at that time. Looking over his
profile on Google it looks like he joins groups and then post spam after he
joins.
