Saya mau tanya sama yang posting lamaran ini. Sebetulnya UNDP benar2 membuka lowongan secara fair dan terbuka atau tidak ? Atau iklan ini cuma untuk menjaring sebanyaknya CV dan menunjukkan bahwa proses rekrutmennya terbuka ?
Sori kalau saya tanya soal ini, krn saya mengenal dengan baik cara beberapa LSM, terutama yg berskala internasional / atau dibiayai oleh funding asing, memakai cara ini untuk menunjukkan kepada funding-nya bahwa segalanya berlangsung terbuka.
