Wah bukan hanya recruitmentnya tapi kalau ada tender projek juga sami mawon, dan konsultan yang mengikutinya tau kalau itu hanya untuk mengikuti formalitas funding aja liat aja yang dapet informasi dan yang ngejalanin proyek nya ya dari puluhan taon orangnya itu2 juga hasilnya kita liat sendiri 30 tahun ngga ada transparansi berhasil atau tidak......

Sori kalau saya tanya soal ini, krn saya mengenal dengan baik cara beberapa
LSM, terutama yg berskala internasional / atau dibiayai oleh funding asing,
memakai cara ini untuk menunjukkan kepada funding-nya bahwa segalanya
berlangsung terbuka. Tetapi mereka sebenarnya sudah memilih nama siapa yang
bakal duduk di posisi itu.
