The monoblocs should have built in slave triggers, spo when you fire
your flash, they will trigger also.
If you want to set the EOS flash to manual, you could attach a peanut
slave trigger to its' bottom, and connect your flash meter to one of the
monoblocs using a PC cord. When you take a reading the monobloc is
triggered, the other light and your EOS flash will fire also, and you'll
have a combined light reading.
Alternatively, you could read for the monoblocs only, and set your flash
to TTL. It will automatically cut out when sufficient light is emitted onto
the scene from the monoblocs, and provide a nice frontal fill-in.
