Today I bought an EOS 1N and decided to get some more goodies while "in the
big city." One thing I got was an Omnibounce for my 380EX.
Now, I don't know if the 380EX is doing A-TTL with the 1N or straight TTL,
but it stinks whatever its doing. The pics seem to be exposed OK, but the
flash is VERY concentrated to the center point of the picture... maybe it is
just a quirk with the 380EX, but I am going back to a rubber band and cut
down index card... I'll just mail the Omnibounce back to the photo store.
I like the 1N though (with booster)... sure feels different than an Elan IIe
w/BP50!
