If your PC cord is long enough and there is a PC connector on the meter, you can link the meter and click right on the person's face have the dome facing directly toward the camera. Might have to do it twice. Once for the monolights and once from the on camera flash. A word from my past experience... meter the light at 1/250 sec. This way the amb. light will not influence the meter too much. Adj. the speed back to 1/60 on camera with the adj. ap. value.
