A quick search on Google [Search terms: srb adapter camera macro ]
found their e:mail address: hidden within a quote reproduced below:

<<I hold a lot of my theory from the good people at SRB film service
([EMAIL PROTECTED]), who are always there to help. They style themselves
as "the filter emporium". But let me tell you this : they are far more
than that. They will cater for practically every adapter need you care
to mention. And if they don't stock it, they can make it. Can't beat
that for service! >>

I have dealt with them them on several occasions. They do understand
what you are trying to do and little things like the pin staying out
they have heard of. It is always the first place to try for anything
unusual.

Worth e:mailing them for a free catalogue. (PS: it is ON TOPIC
because they sell adapters for EOS to manual lenses)
If they have a web site I would welcome the URL myself.

Bob
