I'd seriously consider ISO 400, if you wish to have ambient exposure on the 
background. Particularly with color neg film, you're better off slightly 
overexposing 400 than slightly underexposing 200.

If you're shooting a small group in the foreground, the 550 will certainly 
give you correct exposure and color. If you want one on-camera 550 to 
illuminate a warehouse or some gigantic bit of machinery, we both know 
it'll be inadequate.
