My copy of Canon's Lens Work II has MTF charts for the EF 70-200
L with both the 1.4X and 2X Canon teleconverters (actually, it
has the charts for the teleconverters with all the L lenses 135mm
and above). Problem is, my edition of Lens Work II doesn't have
the EF 100-400 IS L.
I thought that C.D.I. also published resolution results of the
T/Cs on the EF 70-200, but checking my copy of the list that had
been posted here, I see that it was the 1.4X T/C on the EF
100-400 IS L that had been tested.
