Hello Julian,
No, the review was for the B.I.G. I have re-read the article and have to
revise a bit. It was not tested against the Canon but the new Nikon. The
reviewer stated that it was the perfect lens for amateurs - pros should
choose the original, since it is still superior. For me it seems to be
ideal, as it is not only less than half - it even less than a third the
price of a TS-E. Tomorrow I will call them and find out about the questions
you raised (good points, I didn't think of them, took them as granted) and
if they ship overseas. One thing I know is that they don't have them in
stock at the moment and that it can take up to 6-8 weeks until they are
able to deliver - doesn't matter for me.
BTW, there is also an 80mm tilt/shift available.
