No. The 100mm USM Macro uses the Tripod Mount B/B Puzzle type

I have the 100mm USM Macro with the tripod mount, and yes it fouls the BP-50
on my 50E.
It would be interesting to know if it fouls the PB-E2 Power Booster on the
EOS3.
