Hi Kim,
Wise advice. I didn't want holes burned in my retinas or in my new camera
shutter blades. So I chose a projection technique, using double-element
magnifying glass (aka Canon 500D) to focus an image of the sun onto a
cardboard screen. Shot video and still photographs from the screen.
The image was still a bit bright. I'll try a pinhole next time.
