Hi Weston,

I noticed that the intensity of the focus point indicators on the
Elan 7E can vary with the position of your eye.

If your eye is not lined up exactly in the middle of the viewfinder,
then one or other of the indicators will look a bit dark. This can
be improved by moving your face in relation to the camera.

Those who have used a split-image focussing aid will be very
familiar with a similar phenomenon :-)
