Have been there a couple times. I found myself using 50mm mostly.
Took some long (200mm) shots of the castle from across the bridge that
turned out real nice (at night the colors change) but the parade gets
PACKED and my guess is that 70 on the 70-200 will be too long for the
shots you want of your grandson. I would bet your best bet would be
your 28-105. I personally would pack that and the 300. I'm not much
of a wide angle shooter, so can't comment about the 19-35.
It is nice to have the long range to take shots of kids on the rides,
etc, close ups there are nice for albums, etc.

BTW - get there REAL early for the parade, the street side spots go
more than an hour before it will start. It is quite amazing.
