Rats!  You saw through my plan!  I wonder if my wife will.....  ;-)

 I have the 28-70L and 70-200 2.8L lenses.  I love them but I would not
take them to DisneyWorld.  I think the 70-200 2.8L is way too heavy for
just carrying around for snapshots.  I would think that the 70-200 focal
length would be too much telephoto and the 28-105 or 27-70 would me much
better suited for that stuff.  I can't imagine carrying the 70-200 2.8L
around and going on rides.  I would be too afraid that ir would get
banged around and it is so heavy.

It looks like the Tokina 19-35 and the 28-105 will be all that I take.
