Hello, 

Did you have any experience with 
300/4 L IS + x1.4TC vs 100-400/4.5-5.6L IS on longer end
vs 200/2.8 L II + x2TC
and 
300/4 L IS + x2TC vs 100-400/4.5-5.6 IS + x1.4TC on longer end?
