Did you have any experience with
300/4 L IS + x1.4TC vs 100-400/4.5-5.6L IS on longer end
vs 200/2.8 L II + x2TC
and
300/4 L IS + x2TC vs 100-400/4.5-5.6 IS + x1.4TC on longer end?
Any comments, urls are welcome. :)

I have the 100-400 IS Lens and love it. Great product and it works well
with a 1.4x.
It will be good optically with the 1.4x but do not expect it to be the same
as a 600mm F4 IS lens.
I have used that one and it is amazingly sharp, although the best of the
best is the 300mm F2.8 L IS lens.
