Instead of a soft box, look at Lumiquest's ProMax system (
http://www.lumiquest.com/promax.htm ). You tilt the flash up to the ceiling
like a normal bounce shot, but 20% of the light is caught the ProMax
reflector to fill in the catch lights. This system works great indoors with
a nearby white ceiling.
