Dear EOS list,
Currently I have an EOS 300 with the 28-80 Mk 5 USM lens which was included
in the kit. Recently I have found that I am increasingly more dissatisfied
with the quality of the pictures from this combo. In the longer term I will
probably upgrade the body to either an EOS 30 (new) or 3 (probably
second-hand). I am assuming that the limiting factor of my current system
is the lens ??
If I am right what be a sensible upgrade path for me to take - should I go
for a 28-105 (MK 1 or 2 ?) or the 28-135 IS or something completely
different?. I also have 75-300 Mk3 USM and Speedlight EX380 flash with
Omnibounce. Most of my shots of my two young children and day
trips/holidays.
