The most "logical" for you is the 100-300 L, it's a good zoom, especially
from 100 to 200mm.
The aperture is not very fast, it's why I'll consider the 70-200 f/4 L
USM...

A 300mm at f/5,6 is a little bit slow... My 300 f/4 seems to me slow too...
Therefore I imagine a 5,6 300mm...
