I had the good fortune to be on the sidelines for the start of the Super
Bowl and there were tons of photographers down there. Virtually all of them
had Nikon digital and I saw zero Canon digital cameras. I was disheartened.
What I thought was cool was how they handled the images (at least the AP
guys/gals). I asked a photog how often he'd review and download his images
and he said that he did not have to -- as soon as he took a shot, the image
was transmitted by radio to their production truck where other people
reviewed and worked the images. Pretty cool.
