I use the Quantum Turbo Z. The main reason I bought it
is to get fast recycle time. With a full power flash
(540EZ) the recycle time is a bit less then 2 sec.
Half power about 1 sec. At 1/4 power the light on the
flash virtually stays on. Note that the light goes on
before the max charge is reached but as long as you
don't need the full power that is irrelevant. If you
need a fairly big amount of power from the flash you
probably should get the Turbo which is a bit bigger
and heavier but gives you more power then the Turbo Z.
