This is a private off-line message, I don't think any of us wants to add any
more fuel to this heated discussion.
Do you recall the postings Dr. Prior sent when this issue first came up a
few months back? WJM was (mostly) polite in requesting this aspect of
e-commerce to be removed, Dr. Prior replied with "I can damm do whatever I
like to do" attitude in his multiple responses, and persisted in maintaining
the exact wordings, to me it's a very "bullish" behavior.
Certainly I did not feel it falls under the benefit of doubt that you have
kindly given to him.
While I also don't agree with the e-Bate content, I am going to remain
off-line on this issue.
