Does anyone on the list have any thoughts on the feasibility, or
practicality, of Canon incorporating the IS technology to their macro range
of lenses?
What I am thinking about is where you may be in a botanical garden or a
butterfly house where tripods are forbidden. Would the results of using
hand-held IS shots be acceptable. I recently acquired a 72mm 500D lens and I
tried it with the 28-135 IS and the viewfinder image appeared to be good.
