Hi Russell,
The GR-70 is a "grip extender" that will fit the Rebel S.
There is no place to install batteries on the GR-70.
It is possible to modify the BP-50 and the Rebel S, but
this involves the use of a hacksaw, drill and soldering
iron. Check the archives for more information.
