EOS Magnification with 500D Close-Up Adapter.

I'm thinking of getting the 72mm 500D Close-up adapter for my 28-135 and 
100-400 (with step down ring) lenses, and was wondering what magnification 
ratio these lenses will attain with this attachment.

I think that the stronger 250D is not available in 72mm size.
