I guess I'm gonna sound like a fuddy duddy for this, but I'd suggest you
shoot 25-50 rolls without a filter and just get a feel for how nice the lens
is and then decide if you even want a filter.  Remember, no one said that
you HAVE to have a filter.  After being a bit filter crazy myself for a
while, I've now gone "filter free" and this allows me to think more about my
image rather than adding to the confusion by having to think about filters,
etc.  I've been very happy working this way.  Not that I"ll never use a
filter again, but i'll wait until a have a compelling need for one before
using one just for the sake of it.
