Personally, my experience is that software that tries
to do it all doesn't do anything very well. On my
Palm, I don't use my calendar to hold phone numbers,
and I don't use the address book to enter
appointments. I use two separate pieces of software
that do their respective jobs very well.
The memo application is built in to the Palm and works
very well for entering and recalling static info--and
static is just what the CFs are. Even if it's not
perfect, it beats carrying the manual everywhere.
