I use the memo files that way on my Palm too. I have a Canon Camera
designation cross reference in one file, comparative film grain listing in
one file, D30 error codes in two files (its too big to fit into one file),
an explanation of the D30's CF2 in one memo file, Canon Flash Guide numbers
(for the three I have) in one memo file, Flash Exposure lock in one, common
exposure adjustments in one, etc.

Basically I think of it as a place to put all those things you wish you
could remember but tend to forget over time.

It may even be possible to put the entire D30 manual on the Palm as someone
is working on a pdf reader for the Palm, although you might have to have
one of the new ones with the expansion slot announced today (M505 series)
to fit it all into the Palm.
