You can scan the CF page in the manual, print it, and laminate it so it
is waterproof & tear proof :)

Why not just carry a piece of paper with the functions on it.

and if you are afraid of losing that paper, why not stick it onto your
camera body?
I've made a real tiny CF reference sheet (you need a knife to cut it to
size) but it'll either
fit on the battery pack or on the camera back.
