Hi Daniel,

Using a 12mm tube behind the EF 15mm f/2.8 will give a working distance
of only 2 to 5mm in front of your lens!!!  Since the front element of
that fisheye lens protrudes, you could risk touching or scratching the
lens :-(

It's a little better for the EF 24mm f/2.8, with working distance using
12mm extension of 34-39mm (with 25mm extension, it's only 12-15mm!)

It seems like an exercise in frustration to get light in front of your
subject at such close working distances.

Do your subjects emit or transmit light?
Or will you use a macro ring light?
Or put the subjects on a light table?
