Hello there:

I recently purchased an EOS RT and have used it quite a bit. Due to frequent
lens changes out in the field, some dust is now located on the pellicle mirror
and can be seen through the viewfinder.

With a normal camera I wouldn't worry since dust on the mirror would not
affect the final picture. However, with the pellicle mirror, it never swings
out of the way.

I was wondering if cleaning a pellicle mirror should be approached differently
from a standard mirror? I believe that I read somewhere that the material
used in a pellicle mirror differs significantly from a standard mirror.
